Suggested usages are found on our product labels and online. They are intended towards an average adult on an average 2,000 calorie diet. We always welcome our customers to adjust dosages until they reach the recommended suggested dosage for each product.

Each dropper is calibrated and shows the amount of milliliters (mL). You may also use a teaspoon to help you measure. Please see the charts below to help guide you.

It is mostly preference. Some customers have shared that they find that the liquid is absorbed by the body quicker than the capsules. However, it is mostly preference and convenience when it comes down to taste, ease of use, etc. Please note that our tinctures contain Pure Cane Alcohol and water.

Our herbal powders can be treated just as any other herbal tea. Please see the suggested usage under the product page for instructions on how to prepare a herbal decoction for your herbal powder.

Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For our liquid products, you may store them in your refrigerator if desired.

Please note that our herbal products do not “go bad” if properly stored. Generally the shelf life for herbal supplements is 3 to 4 years, which is reset after the product is retested. For this reason we believe it best to show the date that each product was manufactured. This provides you with a better understanding of when the product was made/prepared and allows us to better monitor our products to ensure that you are continuously receiving high quality herbs that meet our standards.

Checkout

You may enter your promo code while in your shopping cart or at the end of checkout under “Apply Discount Code”. Make sure the code has been applied before placing your order.

Free Shipping is only available for domestic orders that reach the $75 order minimum (not including the shipping charge). Please note that Free Shipping is not available when applying a promo/discount code to your order.

Please make sure: that you enter your Shipping and Billing addresses accordingly and accurately. The Billing address must match what is on file with the issuing bank of your card. If it does not match, it may cause an AVS mismatch and your transaction will be declined. that the card issuer/bank is not blocking the charge or flagging it as suspicious. Please contact your bank and approve the charge. that you entered your payment information completely and accurately, including the correct expiration date and security code.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and accurate. If it is not, then the system will not be able to provide a shipping method.

Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed from 9 am to 3 pm in the order that they were received. We aim to ship your order within the next 24 hours from order placement. If you are placing a large order, please allow up to 48 hours until shipment. Please note that the shipping service chosen does not include order processing time.

If you require an expedited service such as next-day or 2-day shipping, please contact us via our form so that we may assist you in placing your order. We do not offer next-day or 2-day shipping services online. FLORIDA: For those using a Florida address as the Shipping Address, please be advised that UPS Ground is usually a next-day shipping service due to the location of our facility and may be used at our discretion.

Our bulk powders are prepared once a week on Thursdays starting at 10 a.m. If your order is placed afterwards, the entire order (regardless of the items ordered) will be prepared the following week on Thursday. For more details, please review our shipping policy here.

If you have created an account with us when prompted after placing your order, then you can see your order status and tracking number when you sign into your account under “My Orders” If you placed an order while already signed into your account, then you can see your order status and tracking number in your account under “My Orders”. Alternatively, you may visit our “Order History” page located at the footer of our website and fill in the required information to pull up your order status and tracking information.

You may track your shipment directly through on our website by clicking “Track this shipment” under “My Orders” > View Order # > “Order Shipments”. Alternatively, you may enter your tracking number directly into the corresponding carrier’s website: USPS.com UPS.com parcelsapp.com (recommended for international shipments)

If you are within the continental United States, and your package has not arrived within 2 weeks AFTER shipment, please contact us via our form with your Order and Tracking numbers. We do not have much control after the package leaves our facility, but we can attempt to reach out to the carrier so that they may investigate the issue.

There are two main reasons that our system may have flagged your order. Different billing/shipping addresses: AVS mismatch (Address Verification System): this may occur if your street address does not match the street address on file with the issuing CC provider.

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged product and the state of the package that it arrived in.

International Orders

Please check with your local authorities for laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to nutritional supplements. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees at the destination. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

Once your package has left the United States, we are extremely limited as to what we can do.Therefore, we strongly suggest that you keep an eye on the delivery of your package using the tracking number. Please use parcelsapp.com for tracking. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS REACHED THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.

Wholesale accounts

A wholesale account has discounted rates on our entire line of products, which is only available for qualified vendors. We do require a minimum order value (MOV) of $250. PLEASE NOTE: A wholesale account is not for personal use and can be terminated at any time if used as such.
