We make every effort to ship orders expeditiously. However, due to the nature and origin of the herbs we use for our products, some delays may occur. If an order will take longer than usual to ship, we will notify you. We appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur with your order.
Orders returned by the Post Office due to an incorrect address (Incorrect Address - Item returned to sender) are the responsibility of the recipient who provided the shipping address.

Please note you are responsible for tracking and alerting us of any delays or issues with your shipment. Our best chance to assist you is when an issue occurs, and not weeks or months after the event.
This is particularly important for INTERNATIONAL orders. United States Postal Service international mail is handled not only by the United States Postal Service, but also by customs officials and foreign destination postal authorities, so it is often difficult to determine the specific reason for these delays. International customers are encouraged to promptly, contact their local postal service for details on their shipment.
Bulk Orders, Please Read
Please note bulk order are prepared once a week. Each order is prepared in the order it is received. Cut- off time for bulk orders is each Thursday at 10 AM EST. Orders received after 10 AM EST ship the following week. Thank you for your understanding.
We charge (at checkout) a MINIMUM rate to process orders, however, if the rate does not cover shipping costs, (especially for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS), additional charges may apply to your order, If any additional charges apply, you will receive them by email. All orders ship by US Postal Service. Please note: USPS First Class Mail International is the less expensive, less secure, uninsured shipping method. We offer other options per request.

We ship orders worldwide. We use US Postal Service to ship all our orders. Please check with your local authorities for laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to nutritional supplements. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees at the destination.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE. Some countries, such as Germany, require nutritional supplements to be shipped to a doctor. Please, if you have any questions, use our Contact Form. If you are in Brazil, expect a long delivery timeframe. Please note it that takes the longest time for orders to arrive in Brazil.

International Shipping charges start (MINIMUM) at $12.50 (Canada). Total Shipping cost is determined at the time of shipping; you may be charged for any difference (if your Selection does not cover the cost of shipping your order).
We accept returns up to 30 days from shipping date. Please note, we only accept returns of unopened items. Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order shipped for FREE. At our discretion, a 10% re-stock fee may apply. All returns must be done using a trackable service. Please include your information with your return so we can easily credit your account accordingly.
