Shipping & Returns Policy
At Rainforest Pharmacy, we make every effort to ship orders expeditiously. However, due to the nature and origin
of the herbs we use for our products, some delays may occur. If your order is expected to take longer than usual
to ship, we will notify you. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the recipient are the responsibility of the
recipient. To reship your order, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Bulk Powder Orders
Bulk Powder orders are prepared once a week, in the order they are received. The cut-off time for bulk orders is
each Thursday at 10 AM EST. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following week. Thank you for
your understanding.
Bulk Powder orders do not qualify for Free Shipping.
Insurance
Packages are automatically insured as follows:
- USPS Ground Advantage: up to $100
- USPS Priority Mail: up to $200
- For your protection, we may opt to insure orders exceeding $200. If this is the case, you will be notified by
email.
U.S. Orders
Once an order is received, it may take up to 3 business days to process and ship, depending on demand and
inventory availability. This applies to all shipping methods. This excludes Bulk Powder orders which are
prepared on Thursdays.
All orders ship via the US Postal Service. If you require UPS shipping, please contact us.
- Shipping rates are listed and may vary based on weight/size of the order, and destination.
- Expedited Shipping is available upon request and will incur additional charges accordingly.
- Expedited Shipping refers to the shipping service and does not include order processing time.
It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking history of your shipment and notify us of any delays or issues
with your shipment as soon as they occur. Our best chance to assist you is when an issue occurs, and not weeks
or months after the event. Please make sure to contact your shipping carrier or local post office as well
Please check your account or email for tracking information. Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships.
You may track your shipment using one of the following tracking services:
1. USPS.com
2. UPS.com
Any retail order over $75 qualifies for free shipping (U.S. only). This excludes Bulk Powder orders and cannot be
combined with other discounts.
International Orders
We ship orders worldwide using the US Postal Service and their international shipping partner, GlobalPost. Please
check with your local authorities for laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to nutritional supplements.
You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees at the destination. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable.
CPlease note: In certain countries, like Germany, it is required that nutritional supplements be
shipped directly to a doctor. If you are ordering from Brazil, please be prepared for a longer
delivery timeframe and possible rejection by Brazilian customs. Unfortunately, due to restrictions on
nutritional supplements, we are no longer able to ship to Italy.
We charge (at checkout) a MINIMUM rate to process orders. Total shipping cost is determined at the time of
shipping, and you may be charged for any difference if your selection does not cover the cost of shipping your
order. If any additional charges apply, you will be notified by email.
Please note: For all international shipments, we may opt to insure orders for your protection.
It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking history of your shipment and notify us of any delays or issues

or months after the event. Please note that once a shipment has left the U.S., there is little that we can do to
assist you.

All shipments are not only handled by the United States Postal Service, but also by customs officials and foreign
destination postal authorities. Due to this, it is often difficult to determine the specific reason for any
delays. International customers are encouraged to promptly contact their local postal service for details on
their shipment.
Refunds and Returns
Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the order shipped for free.
We accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date. Please note, we only accept returns of unopened items. At
our discretion, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
All returns must be done using a trackable service. Please include your information with your return so we can
easily credit your account accordingly.
